2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup black grapes, halved

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped

Mixed greens for serving
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black grapes, celery, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with the chopped tarragon, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Serve over a bed of mixed greens for a refreshing and nutritious meal.
Roasted Black Grapes with Thyme
Ingredients:
2 cups black grapes, on the vine
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Arrange the grapes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the grapes start to burst and release their juices.
