Frequently Asked Questions
Our Training Program is a combination of On the Job (OJT) training, certified training, and our in-house online training program. Your training is based on your job and the tasks you complete. All staff are notified of changes and amendments to the existing SQF Storage and Distribution Compliance. All staff are formerly training at each SQF Module Update.
I have already taken these tests. Do I have to do it again?
It depends on your performance and retention during the previous year. If you receive a notice to retest, then yes.
I only work in the Office do I need to test on Warehouse Safety?
Yes. Our Office teams interact with the warehouse team and the warehouse. Your safety in the warehouse is critical.
I only stock the warehouse. Do I take the Driver’s Test?
No. But if you use any equipment in the warehouse, you must complete training.
I only work on the weekends. Do I have to take the training?
All employees complete training. It is for your safety.
