Ingredients:
- 4 medium Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Sea salt to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits
Instructions:

- Scrub potatoes clean and dry them thoroughly.
- Prick each potato a few times with a fork.
