Classic Wedge Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, quartered
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Optional: chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place one lettuce wedge on each plate.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and top with cheese, bacon, and tomatoes.
  3. Garnish with chives if desired. Serve chilled.
