Product Return Policy
Food Safety is our Number One Goal.
Food Quality is defined by preference and our customers. Make sure if you have any preferences (overripe, ripe, green, etc.) to include those in your order.
Our Return Policy:
Make certain to inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is wrong, notify the driver immediately.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long do I have to return an item?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. We sell fresh produce, dry goods, can and packaged goods.

What if the driver has already left?
f the driver has already left, not to worry, we have a Produce Feedback form right here on the site. The customer service number is also printed on the bottom of each invoice.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! The driver delivers with a copy of your invoice at each delivery

I have a return. What do I do?
Visit the Produce Feedback Page. You will need:
- Invoice Number
- Select the type of Produce concern (safety, quality, wrong item, etc)
- Complete all fields in the form
- Submit the form
- Once your request is received and inspected, we will email you. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
- Take a picture of the produce/product in question
- Click on the Produce Feedback form
