
Recipe Name: Beef & Rice Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 cup cooked white or brown rice
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice off tops of peppers, remove seeds/membranes.
- Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add rice, tomatoes, seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Fill peppers with mixture, top with cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
