Ingredients:

  • 2 D’Anjou pears, halved and cored
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter (or coconut oil for vegan)
  • Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a bowl.
  3. Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
  4. Fill centers with oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until tender. Serve warm.
