
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Extra butter for greasing the pan
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Heat a lightly buttered frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides and serve hot with your favorite syrup.
