Ingredients:
- 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Optional: sesame seeds, chopped green onion, or tofu/chicken
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced peppers and cook for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and sweetener; cook for 1 more minute.
- Garnish and serve over rice or noodles.
