Crispy Beet Chips: Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large beets, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Toss beet slices with olive oil and salt in a bowl.
  3. Arrange beet slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Bake until crispy, about 20-25 minutes, turning once. Watch closely to prevent burning.
