
Recipe Name: Crispy Chinese Scallion Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (plus more for cooking)
Instructions:
- Mix flour and hot water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, rest 30 minutes.
- Divide into 4 balls, roll flat, brush with sesame oil, sprinkle with salt and green onions.
- Roll up, coil, flatten again.
- Pan-fry each pancake in oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice and serve with soy dipping sauce.
