Grilled Romaine Hearts

Ingredients:

  • 2 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Shaved Parmesan
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Brush romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until charred.
  3. Flip and grill another 1–2 minutes.
  4. Serve with shaved Parmesan and lemon.
