Ingredients:
- 2 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Shaved Parmesan
- Lemon wedges
Instructions:
- Brush romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until charred.
- Flip and grill another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve with shaved Parmesan and lemon.
