Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Toss gently to mix and coat with lime juice.
  3. Chill 15–30 minutes before serving.
  4. Enjoy with tortilla chips, grilled chicken, or fish tacos.
