Roasted White Rose Potatoes with Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs White Rose potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
