Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs White Rose potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
