Produce Return Policy

Food Safety is our Number One Goal.

Food Quality is defined by preference and our customers. Make sure if you have any preferences (overripe, ripe, green, etc.) to include those in your order.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. We sell fresh produce, dry goods, can and packaged goods.

Make certain to inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is wrong, notify the driver immediately.

If the driver has already left, not to worry, we have a Produce Feedback form right here on the site. The customer service number is also printed on the bottom of each invoice.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Take a picture of the produce/product in question
  • Click on the Produce Feedback form

To complete your return, you will need:

  • Invoice Number
  • Select the type of Produce concern (safety, quality, wrong item, etc)
  • Complete all fields in the form
  • Submit the form
  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will email you. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 479-283-1155 or complete the Produce Feedback Form on this site.
